Alcohol, caffeine, and other addictive drugs were illegal before. Now they are legally for sale everywhere. Taxes on these products are great contributors to economy. If we legalize everybody to use and plant marijuana with limits, then give them a luxury tax which is affordable by luxurios people, I think everybody and the economy will be happy.
